In August 2025 Monglameni joined APS to learn more about Architecture in the workplace and gain the needed experience, as required by the University, for progress to Masters of Architecure at NUST in Bulawayo. 

He draws inspiration from nature, movement, materials, and the quiet poetry of everyday life, using these as seeds to develop thoughtful, layered spatial experiences.

Mongameni's design process is rooted in concept and narrative. He believes that architecture should not only solve problems, but also tell stories and evoke feeling.

In July 2024 he furthered his understanding of 'Sustainability in Architecture and Climate-Responsive
Design' with Alison Online Learning.
